How long is the processing time for the products?
The processing time for the PATCHBOX is 5 to 12 business days.
The processing time for the Setup.exe and the /dev/mount is 2 to 3 business days.
How long does it usually take for a product to arrive?
After the order has been processed, we will hand over your shipment to our logistics partner. Depending on the shipping destination and order volume it takes 1-5 business days for your order to arrive within the EU/EEA + UK. Orders to Canada take 6-10 business, orders to Australia take 7-10 business days as they will be shipped overseas. You can track the shipment with the tracking number that will be provided right after the order has left our warehouse.

We currently ship our products to Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Vatican City, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, as well as the United States of America and Canada.

If you're located in the UK and interested in buying our products from our webshop, that's fantastic! To expedite the customs process and ensure a swift delivery of your order, we kindly request that you provide us with your EORI number before your purchase. What shipping carriers do you use?
Depending on the order volume, we will either use express shipping service or standard shipping service. For express shipping we use service providers like DHL Express, UPS or FedEx. For standard shipping we partner up with companies like DB Schenker or Dachser.

Can I change my delivery address?
You can still change the delivery address during the processing time. To do so, please send an email to email@example.com. Our logistics team will have a look into it and try to change the shipping address. Please consider the fact that it is not possible to change the delivery address after the goods are handed over to the logistics provider. And don’t forget to update your address in your profile for upcoming orders.
How can I track my order?
After your order has left the warehouse, you will receive an email with a link and tracking number. Please follow this link and use the tracking number to track your order.
