    Which payment options do you offer?

    We offer various payment options: American Express, Google Pay, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard

     

    How do I view and download my previous invoices?

    After your order is completed and confirmed you will receive an email with your invoice.

     

    Why is on your invoice a Hungarian or German VAT number when PATCHBOX is located in Austria?

    The PATCHBOX GmbH Headquarter is in Vienna, Austria. But we do ship out from different warehouses (Austria, Hungary or Germany). Depending on from which warehouse we send out your order, the correct VAT number is taken for the invoicing process.


     

    Warranty

     
     

    How long is the warranty?

    We warrant that all of our products are free from manufacturing defects. The warranty period for the patchbox.one is ten years from the date of initial purchase. The Setup.exe is covered by a lifetime manufacturer warranty.

     
     

    What does the warranty cover?

    The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. If your product stops working due to a defect within the warranty period, the defective part will be replaced free of charge.

     
     

    Does the warranty apply to all products?

    The warranty applies to our cabling systems and Setup.exe, whether purchased via PATCHBOX directly or from our reseller. Please note that proof of purchase is required when submitting a warranty claim.

     

    I have purchased a PATCHBOX product from one of your distributors or resellers. How can I claim the warranty?

    If your PATCHBOX product is found to be defective within the warranty period, it may be eligible for replacement. For our warranty policy, please see Terms & Conditions and contact us at support@patchbox.com.


     

    Delivery & Shipping

     
     

    When will I receive my delivery?

    Delivery times depend on the region and the order quantity. The following information refers to regular orders. For bulk orders (for example, orders that require delivery on pallets) it may take a few days longer. Here is an overview:

    Orders from the EU

    • patchbox.one Systems and Cassettes: Delivery will arrive 3 to 15 days after you place your order.
    • All other products: Delivery will arrive 2 to 8 days after you place your order.

     

    Orders to the UK

    • patchbox.one Systems and Cassettes: Delivery will arrive 7 to 15 days after placing the order.
    • All other products: Delivery will arrive 5 to 10 days after placing the order.

    IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ORDERS TO THE UK

    Shipping costs for European and non-European countries will be calculated and shown at checkout, before completing your order. Please keep in mind that deliveries to non-EU countries might imply customs duties and import taxes. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

     

    Orders to Australia

    • patchbox.one Systems and Cassettes: Delivery will arrive 15 to 25 days after placing the order.
    • All other products: Delivery will arrive 5 to 10 days after placing the order.

    Which countries do you deliver to?

    We currently ship our products to Australia and the following European Countries: Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Vatican City, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

    Important note for customers from the UK

    If you're located in the UK and interested in buying our products from our webshop, that's fantastic! To expedite the customs process and ensure a swift delivery of your order, we kindly request that you provide us with your EORI number before your purchase. In case you also require our EORI number, it is ATEOS1000069146. It's important to note that there might be applicable import fees. For any additional inquiries concerning this matter, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at shipping@patchbox.com.

     

     

    What shipping carriers do you use?

    Depending on the order volume, we will either use express shipping service or standard shipping service. For express shipping we use service providers like DHL Express, UPS or FedEx. For standard shipping we partner up with companies like DB Schenker or Dachser.

     

    What are the shipping policies?

    Can I change my delivery address?

    You can still change the delivery address during the processing time. To do so, please send an email to shipping@patchbox.com. Our logistics team will have a look into it and try to change the shipping address. Please consider the fact that it is not possible to change the delivery address after the goods are handed over to the logistics provider. And don’t forget to update your address in your profile for upcoming orders.

     

    How can I track my order?

    After your order has left the warehouse, you will receive an email with a link and tracking number. Please follow this link and use the tracking number to track your order.
