Paying by invoice

If you choose to pay by invoice, payment for your order will be due within 14 days after ordering. Here you can find our bank details for SEPA transfers:

Paying by credit card

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express credit cards. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is dispatched.

After a cancellation, we will immediately refund you in case an amount has been charged.

Your credit card information is SSL-encrypted, allowing you to buy at PATCHBOX securely.

 

Paying with PayPal

With PayPal you can conveniently complete transactions, enjoy buyer protection, and link multiple payment sources.

When selecting PayPal as your payment option, the ordering process will seamlessly redirect you to PayPal. Whether you're an existing customer, or new to PayPal, you can either log in with your account details or proceed as a guest, and effortlessly complete your payment.

 

Paying with Google Pay

We also accept Google Pay. Google Pay is easily set up, if your bank allows transactions via Google Pay.

Your full card details are never stored on your device or shared with merchants when you use Google Pay. Merchants are only provided with your Virtual Account Number.  

 

Paying with Apple Pay

Apple Pay lets you use your compatible iPhone or Apple Watch to securely pay with your Visa cards.

You can also use Apple Pay on your iPhone, iPad or Mac to securely pay in apps and on the web with Safari.

Security and privacy are at the core of Apple Pay. Apple uses security features built-in to the hardware and software of your device to help protect your transactions.

Apple doesn’t store or have access to your full card details and these are never stored on your device or shared with merchants when you use Apple Pay. Merchants are only provided with your Device Account Number.

 

Paying with Klarna

Klarna allows direct payments along with post-purchase payments. Simply choose “Pay Later” or “Pay Now” at checkout.

Klarna offers flexibility, timely verification, and buyer protection, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
